"Guest house/caretaker’s cottage" means a secondary building which shall be occupied by members of the family, guests, domestic service workers or gardeners, but not leased or rented as a dwelling unit. A guest house or caretaker cottage may also be located within another secondary structure such as a garage or a barn as a living unit and occupied by members of the family, guests, domestic service workers or gardeners, but not leased or rented as a dwelling unit.
