Chapter 14.20 C CONSERVATION ZONE
14.20.030 Permitted uses.
The land uses permitted in the conservation zone are as
follows:
A. Excavation, moving, loading, and unloading of earth,
rock, and other sanitary fill materials to improve or preserve natural state
therein;
B. Fences and other enclosures to protect the general public
from hazard of the terrain and/or any operations relating to the land
improvements or preservation of the natural state therein;
C. Planting and cultivation, reforestation of trees, grass,
and other vegetation, compatible with the maintenance of the areas in a natural
condition;
D. Installation of water, sewer, and storm sewer mains, and
other public utility installations, relating to the distribution of gas and
electricity;
E. Community centers, Town Hall, and offices for Town
