The permitted uses allowed in the R-43 zone shall be in compliance with the following:

A. Setbacks.

1. Front yard, thirty feet;

2. Rear yard, twenty feet;

3. Side yard, twenty feet.

B. Minimum lot size, forty-three thousand five hundred sixty square feet (43,560 sq. ft.).

C. Height of buildings may not exceed thirty feet.

D. Lot coverage. The footprint of the primary residence and all other structures may not exceed an amount equal to twenty percent of the area of the subject lot. (Ord. 01-412 §1 (Exh. 1 (part)), 2001: Ord. 202 §6.04, 1987)
