The ordinance codified in this chapter shall take effect and be in force five days after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law. Upon the effective date of this chapter, the moratorium upon the acceptance of land use permit applications for wireless communications facilities established in Ordinance No. 00-399 is repealed; provided, however, that if this chapter or any section or clause contained in this chapter is held to be unconstitutional or void for any reason, the moratorium established in Ordinance No. 00-399 shall be immediately reinstated for a period of six months to allow the town to formulate and pass new regulations.
