A. Any use, building or structure which lawfully existed prior to the passage of the ordinance codified in this title, is permitted to continue and be maintained and operated in accordance with this title.

B. A nonconforming use which has been discontinued for a period of one year or more shall be presumed to be abandoned and no such use shall thereafter be permitted. (Ord. 01-412 §1 (Exh. 1 (part)), 2001: Ord. 202 §11.02, 1987)
