The provisions of this chapter shall apply to the removal of tree(s) from any private lot, parcel or tract within the corporate limits of the town. No person, corporation or other entity shall engage in tree removal without first obtaining a tree permit approved by the town. Tree permits shall apply to the land parcel and are not specific to the applicant/individual. (Ord. 03-425 (part), 2003)
