A. Appeals of administrative decisions made under this chapter are to the Hearing Examiner in accordance with Chapter 2.56. An appeal fee of one hundred dollars shall be submitted to the town prior to processing the appeal.

B. Timely filing of an appeal shall stay the effect of order, permit, decision determination or other action related to the removal of any tree being appealed until the appeal is disposed of by the Hearing Examiner or withdrawn. (Ord. 03-425 (part), 2003)
