A. Construction of a single family dwelling or expansion/renovation of an existing single family dwelling is exempt from this chapter.

B. Projects that are categorically exempt from SEPA review but are otherwise subject to SEPA due to their location within an environmentally critical area are exempt from this chapter. (Ord. 01-412 §1 (Exh. 1 (part)), 2001)
