The Planning Commission, at the direction of the Council, has reviewed portions of the municipal code and drafted an amendment that clarifies the Town’s prohibition on short-term rentals. The next step is to solicit public comments on the proposed amendments.
You are welcome to submit a written public comment between May 15 and June 30. The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 6 to hear oral comments from the public.
