Council Position Vacancy
The recent resignation of Councilmember Brian Bogen has opened position #3 on the Town Council. The Council would like to appoint a resident to this open position at their regular meeting on October 16, 2023, starting at 6:00 pm.
The new member selected by Council will serve until the November 2025 election is certified. This position will be up for election in November 2025. The winner of the election will serve from the election certification date until the end of the year, plus a full four-year term.
Residents interested in applying for this position must submit a letter of interest by Monday, October 9, 2023. All applicants are required to attend the regular Council meeting on Monday, October 16, 2023, starting at 6:00 pm, to be interviewed by the Council. The Council meeting will be held in-person at Woodway Town Hall | 23920 113th Place W. | Woodway, WA and may also be available via Teams.
