Upper Reserve Closed
The Upper Reserve was vandalized over the weekend. Someone cut up downed logs, made two ramps, created a 30 foot berm, constructed a few forts, and cut up vegetation. It appears that they were attempting to create a mountain bike race track and a paintball course. This portion of the Reserve, located between Timberlane Road and the Woodway Highlands neighborhood, will remain closed until Public Works has time to fix the damage. Since the damage was done during the busiest time of year for our Public Works department and they are still catching up on the backlog of maintenance from the COVID shut down, it will likely be several weeks or more until the Upper Reserve can be open again.
